PR: IS IT ALL ABOUT SPIN?

You may never have noticed that "spin" has its own Wikipedia page, where the term is given a debatable definition.  "In public relations,"  it says, "spin is a form of propaganda, achieved through providing an interpretation of an event or campaign to persuade public opinion in favor or against some organization or public figure."
